We will not incur any cancellation fees, and we will have no further obligations to you. If you have provided us with your credit or debit card information, you consent to our use of such information to obtain payment of any balance due by you under this agreement, unless you have notified us in writing that the credit or debit card on file is not to be used to pay any outstanding balance.

After sending you a Confirmation Invoice, we reserve the right to apply a supplement to your trip expenses if the cost of providing your travel increases. If you ask your credit/debit card issuer to "charge back" any payment(s) properly due to you in relation to your booking, you will be charged a fee of $100 per incident in addition to any other fees incurred. In addition, we retain the right to terminate your reservation and/or pursue legal action for any unpaid balances (s).
