A Taste of Peru with the Flavor

10 Days | 9 nights

In terms of cuisine, it is perhaps one of the top places in the world.

Peru with Flavor is a 10-day gourmet tour of the world's top restaurants. Three World's Best 50 Restaurants are in Lima, the "gastronomic capital of South America" (Central by Chef Virgilio Martinez, Maido by Chef Mitsuharu Tsumura, and Astrid y Gaston by Chef Gaston Acurio).

In Lima, you'll get to try Kimsa's buddy and gastronomical innovator Pedro Miguel Schiaffino's food. Here, the chef prepares your food exclusively. Cusco's old markets are the ideal places to eat traditional street food and learn about Peru's diverse products from coast to Sierra to jungle. You also see some of the country's most stunning scenery.
